dashing through the snow

These are pictures from the really big pile of snow in front of my house.
it is big.

I'm leaning on the roof. for real! ....kindof.

Jenni, my snow buddy.

seriously. the pile is like 8-10 feet tall.

I was thinking about how freezing cold i was.
and how i couldnt feel my legs anymore.

i had a fabulous birthday. No words can even begin to describe. In contrast to last year, this year definitely can be described as a birthday sent from heaven. YES. perfection.

Happy December

December is my favorite month, by far.

(funny for someone who hates to be cold)

Not only is there my birthday, Christmas, and New Years. But there is a big long break through most of it, and it is my much needed chance to spend time with my family. I get to go home and see snow and then get to leave right as it starts to get miserable. This year i'll be working through much of my break, but it will be doing something i love, and i am looking forward to it.

Also, the best movies come out over christmas. (but of course i'm not referring to the golden compass... because of course that would make me a heathen... i don't know enough about it to say anything really, but i suspect people are overreacting a smidge.)

2 weeks.
of torture.

maybe not torture. just.... hard work.

almost 3 semesters out of 9 completed. weirrrrd.
but i'm glad its 9 and not 8.
because one is in GREECE.
yessssss.

have a fabulous December.
